By connecting your Outlook account, Dex automatically syncs email metadata (subject lines and timestamps) and calendar events, giving you complete context for every professional relationship without compromising privacy. Real-time syncing ensures your contact timelines stay current, while intelligent contact matching links communications using email addresses and calendar attendee names. Note: Outlook sync is available only on the Dex Professional plan.
